These terms govern access to and use of MedKit ERP and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MedKit services, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
MedKit provides healthcare ERP software, including patient workflow, billing, inventory, and related tools. Features may vary by plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials, authorized user access, and lawful use of the platform. You must provide accurate onboarding and billing information.
4. Pricing and Payments
Subscription fees, applicable taxes, and billing cycles are shown in your selected plan or invoice. Paid amounts are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written commercial agreement, paid subscriptions renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can request cancellation before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use MedKit services for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, or misuse of healthcare data. We may suspend access in case of policy or legal violations.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, branding, and software are owned by MedKit or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach of terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, MedKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, outages, or third-party dependencies.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
