Is MedKit Care available in my state?+
Yes. MedKit Care is cloud software used in a browser, so it works anywhere in India with an internet connection. We publish detailed local guides only for the states where we have written genuine local market context — currently Bihar and Maharashtra — but the product itself is available nationwide.
Do you have offices outside the major metros?+
Deliberately so. Our two locations are Gondia in Vidarbha, Maharashtra, and Hajipur in Vaishali district, Bihar — both district towns rather than metros, because that is the kind of clinic the product is built for.
Is the price different in different states?+
No. Plans are the same across India, from ₹699/month for a solo practitioner to ₹3,999/month for a hospital-scale plan, charged per clinic rather than per user.
Do you support regional languages?+
Support is available in Hindi and English. Prescriptions are written in English with the option to add dosage instructions in the local language your patients read, which is where language matters most clinically.
