MedKit is a software product and does not ship physical goods.
1. Digital Delivery Only
MedKit ERP is delivered electronically. No physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery is involved.
2. Service Activation Timeline
Account setup or plan activation is typically completed within 24 hours of successful payment and basic verification. In certain cases requiring manual compliance checks, activation may take up to 3 business days.
3. Access Delivery Method
Access details, updates, and onboarding communications are sent via registered email, phone, or in-app channels.
4. Delays
Activation may be delayed due to payment verification, compliance checks, incorrect onboarding details, or unforeseen technical issues.
If activation exceeds 3 business days, our support team will share an update with the reason and expected resolution timeline.
