No. Every plan is billed annually and paid in advance. ₹1,042 a month is only what the entry plan's list price works out to over twelve months; it is not a monthly price you can pay.
The pharmacy counter and stock/inventory start at the Small Clinic plan (list ₹18,749 a year). IPD wards, the laboratory and radiology start at Medium Clinic (list ₹24,999 a year). The entry plan is for one doctor; more doctors need a bigger plan.
There is no setup or onboarding fee. The subscription is per clinic, and each plan includes a set number of doctor and staff accounts — the limits are listed on the pricing page.
There is no server to buy, no per-terminal licence, no annual maintenance contract and no on-site implementation — it runs in the browser. Plans differ by modules and seats, not by stripping the core clinic workflow.
Yes. Moving to a bigger plan is charged pro rata for the time left in your year; moving to a smaller one does not refund the difference. Your data stays where it is.
